I shall finally watch Naked and the only other Leigh I've seen is Happy-go-lucky, so let's first see how I like Naked (HgL was very good but not great).

As for Maddin just I was promoting him for quite a few month in a row by now, and he always did well at the noms but just never enough to make it. Good for everybody but René Clair to finally have him at the MoMs!.
I'll try to watch Careful an some of his shorts I haven't yet.
Is there any good place to watch them in better-than-youtube quality?
Do we even have listed links somewhere already? (that would be a good thing to do, I'll compile it if some of you help with links).

October 1 - so in love with Mike Leigh, then I watch this.
The Short & Curlies

funniest one yet I think. the rest of his films are kind of drama and humor combined or just drama. This one had me laughing from start to finish (wow, all 16 mins. of it!) but I just had to love it. Mike Leigh month here I come! OMG I'm so excited.
7/10, maybe 7.5/10 Dunno.

HHH Seems you have seen Leigh's best films, but I would definitely see Life is Sweet, which is among his most acclaimed.
