Stingaree

Bizarre, satisfying curiosity piece: thoroughly goofy — though it may take itself seriously — comedy / romance / musical / western (er, Outbacker). Stingaree is a dangerous outlaw with an interest in music and a desire to scout out young talent. Love comes at first sight, of course, and survives years of fame and hard jail time. This is really off the wall; I can’t explain why I liked it so much.
