Three Colors: Blue

I don’t know how it took me so long to come to Kieslowski. He asks so many questions I am interested in (what is the nature and meaning of human connection? how would life have been if one had chosen differently? &c) and does it in such a visually rich way. His films are breathtaking. Devouring the Couleurs this weekend and then he’s certainly rising high in my director list.
